The Consumer Credit Awards are run by Smart Money People, the UK's most comprehensive financial services review site.

Now in their eleventh year, these awards celebrate the achievements of companies across the credit industry - from loan providers and credit unions to retail finance and credit information partners.

What makes these awards truly special is how winners are chosen. There's no judging panel - instead, it's entirely down to customer reviews. Every vote and review helps shape the results, making the awards a genuine reflection of customer satisfaction and experience.

How are the awards judged?

Every eligible review left on the Smart Money People website during the voting period is counted. The results are based on a wide range of review data, ensuring a fair and comprehensive view of each company's performance.

In short, it doesn't matter how big a company is, what matters is the quality of service and the experiences shared by customers. The winners are decided by the people who matter most!
