We recently spoke with Mark to find out more about his experience of getting a car through us.

Mark lives in Daventry, Northamptonshire with his wife and son. After several bad experiences with private sellers and used car garages over the years, Mark was looking for a more straightforward and reliable way to get back on the road.

Why did you want/need a new car?

Over the years, I’d had bad experiences with private sellers and used car garages. The process hadn’t always been straightforward, so I was looking for a better, more reliable way to get a car.

After a brief conversation and giving my details, the whole process was straightforward. Finding a car was very easy - it was all done within a few hours and I was driving home the same day.

There were no hidden fees and you know where you are with payments through the portal. I did find one issue with the vehicle, but it was put right within two days.
